DeSoto Gathering Company, L.L.C.

DeSoto Gathering Company, L.L.C., a subsidiary of Southwestern Energy Company, engages in the gathering and transportation of natural gas produced from the Fayetteville Shale, located in the State of Arkansas.  We primarily support the E&P operations of SEECO, Inc., another Southwestern Energy Company subsidiary, as well as third party producers.

Information Required Under FERC Orders 720 and 720-A

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requires that certain major non-interstate natural gas pipelines that deliver more than 50 million MMBtu per year to post limited information, on a daily basis, for receipt and delivery points with scheduled natural gas volumes meeting the requirements of FERC Order 720 and 720-A.  This information is to be made available for a one year period on publicly accessible Internet websites and in downloadable file formats by 10:00 PM Central time on the day prior to scheduled flow.  In compliance with the applicable FERC Orders, DeSoto Gathering Company, L.L.C. is providing this information in the attached files for informational purposes only.
